The flowers were delivered promptly and in good condition.We first used Belles Florist for my mother's funeral a few years ago and were very happy with them. We have since used Belles Florist on a number of occasions. We've always been sent photos from the people who received the flowers as they are so happy with them and they always look lovely. I always worry in case we don't get value for money but having seen the photos of what is sent we feel we can trust and rely on Belles for a lovely bouquet to be delivered. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I ordered a bouquet for my friend who had been in hospital and was returning home. She received them on time and was delighted with the flowers. She sent me a photo on the day she received them and also a photo the following week. They were still really lovely and had lasted really well. Great value for money. I would recommend this florist.

Placed an order with Belles florist through direct2florist. Process was quick and efficient. I was contacted by Belles florist as one type of flower was not available and apologies given, and I was offered alternatives and made an informed choice. Overall they provided an average service, they called the person who was supposed to receive the flowers instead of calling me when they had some questions. As this was supposed to be a surprise, I wasn't too happy that they called the receiver. I can't comment on the quality of the flowers as I didn't see them.

The overall presentation and choice of flowers was good, as was the delivery time. Unfortunately this was not the case with the quality of the foliage. A significant quantity of the leaves had been eaten away which really did take the edge off the presentation. Rather like buying a new jumper with holes in it…!! When you spend £40+ on flowers you would think you would get a reasonable level of quality…. If it helps I have the photographs to support this review if anyone is really bothered.

Realised in the middle of the night that I should have ordered flowers for a funeral the following day. Ordered at 3a.m, At 9..30a.m. received a call from the florist announcing that they had already made up the bouquet and asking for clarification re delivery address. Flowers arrived in time for funeral at 2p.m. and apparently were lovely. So impressed with the service and a well deserved five star review.

Ordered flowers from Australia for Mums birthday in the UK. She said the flowers were the best she had received in all the years I have been sending them. They were beautiful, fresh, fragrant and plentiful. The service was fantastic too. I called the florist the day before to check the situation regarding covid and a friendly voice assured me they were open and delivering safely. From Perth, Western Australia, I ordered an arrangement at the last minute for a beloved Aunt's funeral in Kent, UK with a plea to have the flowers delivered at a certain time the following morning. The lovely Toyia contacted my cousin at the delivery address in England to confirm when best to deliver. I received an email shortly afterwards, reassuring me that all was in hand. I live in Ireland, and it&rsquo;s really hard for me when there&rsquo;s a family event etc. Being able to send my mum flowers on her birthday when I can&rsquo;t be there is really important. We use this florist in petts wood when my grandparents passed away. My mum was very impressed when her flowers arrived yesterday. Was so easy to order and pay for the flowers. And being able to trust that the product that arrives is as good as the one in the pictures is very important, but there&rsquo;s no trouble with this at all.
